The Board of Directors of Mary’s Woods is pleased to announce the appointment of Travis Duncan as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Travis, dedicated to mission-driven nonprofits, has established himself as an experienced professional with a talent for delivering outcome-focused leadership to operations, customers, and teams.
Currently serving as the Executive Director for Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) flagship property, Mirabella in Seattle, Travis will begin his tenure at Mary’s Woods on September 30.
At PRS, he notably increased resident satisfaction, maintained high service quality, and reduced staff turnover by focusing on culture and development.
