Supported Living in Lake Oswego
Gain Peace of Mind
As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), also known as a life plan community, Mary’s Woods offers assisted living, residential care, memory care, and independent living. Catering to the diverse needs of each resident, a continuum of care provides peace of mind to residents should their health change.
A dedicated Community Navigator works with residents and their families to ensure a seamless transition to support the level of care they need. Conveniently located on the same campus, residents can access assisted living options for additional support based on the level of care they need.
