Supported Living in Lake Oswego
Gain Peace of Mind
As a continuing care retirement community (CCRC), also known as a life plan community, Mary’s Woods offers assisted living, residential care, memory care, and independent living. Catering to the diverse needs of each resident, a continuum of care provides peace of mind to residents, supporting them throughout their aging journey.
To ensure a seamless transition, a dedicated Community Navigator works with residents and their families to support the level of care needed. Conveniently located on the same campus, residents can access assisted living options for additional support. For adult children helping with aging parents, Mary’s Woods offers direct admission into the Kellogg Assisted Living neighborhood.
