Before scheduling your visit, prospective senior living residents are asked to review our brochure and watch the informational video. These resources will give you a clear picture of life at Mary’s Woods and help you prepare questions so your time on campus can focus on what matters most to you.
Joining the Waitlist
If Mary’s Woods feels like home after your campus visit, we encourage you to join our waitlist and secure your place in line. Homes are offered exclusively to current waitlist members as they become available.

Entrance & Monthly Service Fees
Entrance fee
When you select your residence, you’ll pay a one-time entrance fee, 80% of which is refundable, to you or your estate. The amount of your entrance fee is based on several factors, such as your selected floor plan.
Monthly service fee
Your monthly service fee covers amenities and services that provide maintenance-free living at Mary’s Woods. Including a dining plan, transportation services, bi-weekly housekeeping, and more.
