The historic Provincial House, built in 1910, is the heart of the community at Mary’s Woods. Each apartment features a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, air conditioning, additional storage, and parking. One-time entrance fees start at $254,900, based on the size, neighborhood, view, and floor plans.

We’re new to Mary’s Woods and had many pictures to hang. The Maintenance team was efficient and quickly hung a whole house of pictures!
We are lucky to have such pleasant staff.
