Free Community Event! Join us for our next Women’s BIPOC SPEAKER SERIES EVENT with Commissioner Susheela Jayapal.

Commissioner Susheela Jayapal has proudly served as District 2 Multnomah County Commissioner since January 2019. Born in India, she came to the United States to attend college. An Oregonian since 1994, Susheela has lived in Northeast Portland for over 25 years. Susheela is a lawyer whose last legal job was as General Counsel for adidas America. She also spent two decades as a volunteer community leader/advocate for a number of different community-based organizations including Oregon Community Foundation, All Hands Raised, Literary Arts, CASA, Planned Parenthood, and Metropolitan Family Service. We look forward to Commissioner Jayapal sharing her story and passions with us.
