Todd Outhouse to Head-up Events and Catering Activities at Mary’s Woods

Mary’s Woods, Oregon’s premier senior living community, is pleased to introduce Todd Outhouse as the new Senior Events and Catering Manager. In this role, Todd will manage events and catering operations on the Mary’s Woods campus, home to over 675 residents and 400 employees.

Todd comes to Mary’s Woods from the Hilton Portland Downtown and the Duniway where he was Director of Catering, successfully bridging non-profit event engagements with custom catering needs.

Todd brings nearly 20 years of hospitality experience to the Mary’s Woods community, having previously worked in catering operations for The Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, Four Seasons San Francisco, St. Regis San Francisco, and Rosewood Sand Hill.

As the new Senior Events and Catering Manager, Todd will develop a delicious and vibrant catering menu that incorporates the freshest ingredients paired with impeccable service.

“Todd’s hallmark is his outside-the-box approach to event and catering management,” said Ralf Brabandt, Vice President of Operations. “His previous experience organizing large events and working with key players in the hotel industry and national non-profit organizations provides a level of sophistication that will elevate the food and beverage experience at Mary’s Woods in the years to come.”

A native of Iowa, and graduate from Graceland College, Todd moved to Portland five years ago from the Bay Area. He is a board member for the Willamette Valley Development Officers, a member-based organization open to anyone engaged in professional fundraising activities.
