Vicki Nakashima retired from the State of Oregon where she last served as director of the Office of Multicultural Health, Department of Human Services and previously as assistant administrator, Human Resource Management Division, Department of Administrative Services. Once retired, Vicki became involved in volunteer activities. Vicki led Partners in Diversity, a nonprofit organization she help found that serves Oregon and Southwest Washington. She was their first executive director and continues as a member of their Leadership Council. She chairs the City of Portland Parks & Recreation Golf Advisory Committee. Vicki is also a dedicated volunteer with the Oregon Golf Association where she assists with junior and adult golf programs. In addition she is a member of the Oregon Community Foundation Marketing and Development Committee. Vicki previously served on the Marylhurst University Board of Trustees. Vicki lives in Camas, WA and has a son, Lloyd and grandson, Jalen who live in Salem, OR.
