Travis brings over a decade of leadership experience in the senior living industry to his role as CEO of Mary’s Woods. With a career rooted in operational management and capital planning, Travis has a deep understanding of how to balance exceptional resident care with efficient community operations. Before joining Mary’s Woods, he spent twelve years at Mirabella, a prominent continuing care retirement community, where he rose from Facility Services Director to Executive Director.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Travis is passionate about fostering a strong sense of community and belonging. He believes that a thriving senior living environment comes from not only providing excellent care but also ensuring residents and staff feel supported, valued, and heard. His commitment to building relationships and cultivating a culture of compassion aligns perfectly with the values of Mary’s Woods.

Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in both Oregon and Washington. He is dedicated to lifelong learning and continuous improvement, both for himself and the organizations he leads.

Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with family and friends in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, where he grew up. He is committed to leading Mary’s Woods into its next chapter, focusing on enhancing resident experiences, supporting staff development, and maintaining the high standards that define this extraordinary community.
