Ron Basile retired from Columbia Sportswear in 2021 where he last served as Sr. Director of International Finance and previously held roles as Corporate Controller and Director of Internal Audit over his 18 years with the company. Prior to Columbia Sportswear, Ron held various audit and assurance roles over 17 years with KPMG LLP in their Anchorage, Alaska and Portland, Oregon offices.

Ron serves on the Finance Council and Audit Committee for the Archdiocese of Portland and is a past board member of several other nonprofit organizations, including LifeWorks NW, Rebuilding Together Portland, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Anchorage and the Alaska Developmental Disabilities Resource System.

Ron and his wife Joyce live in SE Portland and enjoy spending time with their 2 daughters and son who all work and live in the Portland area.
