Senior Executive Assistant

Melania is a C-suite executive support professional who delivers expert, gold star customer service to executive leaders, board members, strategic partners, and all of her internal and external customers. A member of the Mary’s Woods Executive Leadership Team, she constantly seeks out opportunities to leverage her knowledge, skills, and abilities to help further elevate the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.

Following her studies in Health Care Administration at Oregon State, she began her career at Providence Health and Services before transitioning to work at the world headquarters for Banfield Pet Hospital. Most recently before coming to Mary’s Woods, Melania served as a member of the Multnomah Athletic Club’s Executive Leadership Team supporting the General Manager, Board of Trustees, Nominating Committee, Land Use Committee, Communications Committee, Property Committee, and multiple other high-level governance system board and ad hoc committees.

Melania is a native Oregonian and first moved to West Linn over 25 years ago where she resides. Her daughter, Cassandra, lives in LA where she works for The Jonathan Club. In addition to constantly seeking out opportunities for continuing education, Melania volunteers with numerous companion animal charities; enjoys dining outdoors year-round along the Columbia River; loves her pets, Gromit, Piper, and Maddie Hayes; and is looking forward to someday fulfilling her childhood dream of diving with great white sharks.
