Lewis Robinson
As Mission Integration Director, Lewis ensures that the Mary’s Woods mission is woven into every aspect of community life. He leads initiatives that strengthen spiritual care, guide ethical decision-making, and shape values-based programming, helping the community remain faithful to its founding principles while meeting the evolving needs of residents and staff.
Lewis partners with residents, employees, and the leadership team to foster a culture rooted in the mission and the values of respect, compassion, excellence, stewardship and justice. With over 40 years of pastoral leadership experience, and advanced degrees and certifications in chaplaincy, he brings education, practical expertise and a deep commitment to this role.
Lewis first joined Mary’s Woods in 2020 as a chaplain in the Spiritual Care department, where he built meaningful relationships and supported residents before stepping into his current leadership position.
