Resident Services Director

With nearly 10 years of experience in senior living, Kristi brings a wealth of expertise and first-hand experience to her role as Resident Services Director. Her passion for senior living was sparked by her long-standing connection with the Mary’s Woods community and influenced by the organization’s mission and her mother’s career with the Sisters of the Holy Names.

Kristi officially joined Mary’s Woods in 2016, initially managing the off-site sales office for the Village expansion project. Kristi’s years in the Sales Department, most recently as the Sales Director, gave her a front-row seat to what Independent Living residents are looking for out of their community. In this role, Kristi strengthened resident engagement and fostered cross-departmental collaboration.

As Resident Services Director, Kristi oversees services for residents living in the Independent Living neighborhoods. The Resident Services team includes Community Life, Fitness, Spiritual Care, the Clinic, Concierge, Transportation, and Security. Kristi’s leadership ensures these departments deliver high-quality support across campus. With a deep understanding of resident needs and insight into what prospective residents value most, she guides the team in enhancing the overall experience for those investing in the full continuum of life at Mary’s Woods.

A native Oregonian from Portland with a deep-rooted connection to Lake Oswego—where her great-grandfather served as the town’s mayor twice—Kristi treasures living and working in the area with her husband and two teenage children. Her strong community ties drive her passion for helping others find their forever home in Lake Oswego.
