Throughout his career, Josh has led complex, multi-entity finance organizations and managed investment portfolios exceeding $400 million. He brings deep expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and governance, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that inform high-impact decisions at the board and executive levels.

His experience spans leadership roles in both nonprofit and public company environments, where he has consistently delivered measurable cost savings, strengthened internal controls, and enhanced financial clarity. Known for his thoughtful, systems-oriented approach, Josh plays a central role in aligning financial strategy with long-term organizational vision.

Outside the office, Josh is a devoted husband and father of six. He enjoys hiking and board games with his family and brings the same balance of discipline and creativity to his personal life that he applies to his work.
