Chief Operating Officer

Joscelyn brings extensive experience in senior living leadership, campus operations, and workforce development.  She has dedicated her career to senior living, beginning as a caregiver in a memory care facility right after high school. Joscelyn earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed nursing home administrator. 

Joscelyn has worked in various roles in different levels of senior living throughout her career including skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care.  She spent seven years with Oregon-based Marquis Companies, advancing through multiple roles before being promoted to Campus Director, overseeing all campus operations.

Passionate about supporting and enriching the lives of older adults, Joscelyn is committed to fostering high-quality care and innovative workforce development in the senior living field.  She is excited to bring that passion and focus to align with the mission and vision of Mary’s Woods.

Joscelyn also serves on the State of Oregon’s Long-Term Care Administrators Board, advocating for the future of the profession. Originally from Michigan, she has lived in Nevada and Florida but calls Oregon home, where she enjoys spending time with her son, and indulging in reality TV during her downtime.
