Health Services Director

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Erin Cornell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Mary’s Woods. As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and Residential Care Facility Administrator (RCFA), Erin most recently served as the Vice President of Health Services at a local Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC).

Erin began her career providing direct care to older adults in their homes and has held various caregiving roles in assisted living and residential care communities. Her passion for supporting older adults inspired her to focus on improving the systems that provide care, ensuring that every resident receives the dignity and quality of care they deserve. Erin is dedicated to creating environments that allow each individual resident to thrive and live their best life, as defined by them.

Throughout her career, Erin has excelled in leadership roles across diverse areas, including Administrative Services, Transportation, Human Resources, and Health Services, working in settings such as nursing homes, residential care facilities, clinics, in-home care agencies, and even preschools.

An Oregon native, Erin enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her two daughters in their beloved camper, affectionately known as their “tent on wheels.”
