Craig Kelly is the founder and president of Meritus Property Group and has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to founding Meritus, Craig worked as principal broker and president of Venerable Group. His portfolio of projects has emphasized impactful, high-quality buildings that strengthen and beautify Portland. Craig’s most recent development projects include Washington High School and 50th & Sandy for The Portland Clinic. As a Portland native, he has a deep commitment to his hometown. Craig volunteers his time with a number of professional organizations and serves on the OHSU Foundation Board. He and his wife, Vicky, live in Lake Oswego and have two adult daughters.
