Brent Nuun

With more than two decades of experience in construction and facilities operations, Brent brings a strong blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership to campus operations. After graduating from college, he spent ten years working in the trades before moving into management roles. Over the past decade, Brent has owned and operated a contracting company, managed facilities for a private equity firm, and most recently served as Facilities Services Manager at Rose Villa Senior Living.

Brent is passionate about serving people and believes that trust, humility, and collaboration are the foundation of strong relationships. As a leader, his focus is on supporting and empowering those around him to do their best work.

Outside of work, Brent enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and pursuing creative projects. One of his current endeavors is building a human-sized hobbit hole in his backyard—a reflection of his creativity and love for hands-on projects.
