Travis Duncan
Chief Executive Officer
Travis Duncan brings more than a decade of senior living leadership experience to Mary’s Woods. Prior to joining Mary’s Woods as CEO, he spent 12 years at Mirabella, advancing from Facility Services Director to Executive Director. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Travis is committed to fostering a culture where residents and staff feel supported, valued, and connected. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Oregon and Washington.
Joscelyn Cook
Chief Operating Officer
Joscelyn Cook brings extensive experience in campus operations, workforce development, and resident-centered care. Her career began as a caregiver in memory care and has spanned skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care settings. Prior to joining Mary’s Woods, she spent seven years with Oregon-based Marquis Companies, advancing through leadership roles to Campus Director, where she oversaw all campus operations. A licensed nursing home administrator, Joscelyn also serves on Oregon’s Long-Term Care Administrators Board.
Josh Blackson
Chief Financial Officer
Josh Blackson is a seasoned finance executive with nearly two decades of experience driving financial strategy, investment management, and organizational growth. As Chief Financial Officer, he oversees capital planning, financial performance, and investment strategies that support long-term sustainability and operational excellence. With leadership experience in nonprofit and public company environments, Josh brings expertise in financial stewardship, risk management, and strategic decision-making that helps advance the mission and long-term vision of Mary’s Woods.
Colette Rees
Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
Colette Rees is a transformative leader in communications, development, and fundraising with more than 20 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations. As Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, she leads strategic initiatives that strengthen stakeholder engagement, support occupancy and philanthropy goals, and elevate the brand. Since joining in 2017, she has championed innovative communications, team development, and community engagement efforts that enhance the experience of residents, team members, donors, and prospective residents.
Erin Cornell
Health Services
Director
Erin Cornell brings more than 25 years of experience serving older adults across a variety of care settings. A Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Residential Care Facility Administrator, she most recently served as Vice President of Health Services at a local continuing care retirement community. Erin’s career began in direct care and has included leadership roles in health services, human resources, and operations. She is passionate about creating environments where residents can thrive with dignity and purpose.
Brent Nunn
Facility Services
Director
Brent Nuun brings more than 20 years of experience in construction, facilities operations, and team leadership. After a decade working in the trades, he advanced into management roles, including owning a contracting company and managing facilities for a private equity firm. Brent is passionate about serving others and believes trust, humility, and collaboration are the foundation of strong teams and exceptional service.
Jennifer Joslin Brown
Human Resources Director
Jennifer Joslin Brown brings more than 20 years of human resources experience across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. As Human Resources Director, she oversees employee development, total rewards, compliance, and workforce strategy. Since joining Mary’s Woods in 2021, she has helped strengthen HR programs that support employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth. Jennifer is known for her collaborative, people-first leadership style and commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Kristi Kane
Resident Services Director
With over 10 years of experience in senior living, Kristi Kane brings a wealth of expertise and first-hand experience to her role as Resident Services Director. Since joining Mary’s Woods in 2016, she has held leadership roles in sales and resident engagement, most recently as Sales Director. As Resident Services Director, she oversees Community Life, Fitness, Spiritual Care, Concierge, Transportation, and Clinic services. Kristi is passionate about creating meaningful connections and helping residents thrive in a vibrant, supportive community.
Lewis Robinson
Mission Integration Director
Lewis Robinson serves as Mission Integration Director, ensuring the Mary’s Woods mission is reflected throughout community life. He leads initiatives that strengthen spiritual care, support ethical decision-making, and advance values-based programming. With more than 40 years of pastoral leadership experience and advanced training in chaplaincy, Lewis brings deep expertise and compassion to his role. Since joining Mary’s Woods in 2020, he has fostered meaningful connections with residents, staff, and the broader community.
Zachary Zeigler
Dining Services Director
Zack Zeigler brings more than 25 years of culinary and hospitality experience, leading dining operations across fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels and resorts, and nationally recognized scratch-cooking concepts. Passionate about serving others, he believes food is a powerful way to create connection, comfort, and community. As Dining Services Director, Zack is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences that enhance daily life and foster meaningful relationships among residents, guests, and team members.
