Kevin Haberman

Kevin has worked in maintenance for 35 years maintaining buildings and grounds. He worked for 12 years as a Chief Engineer and Department Head in the Engineering department for a small community hospital overseeing their building maintenance and construction projects. A major accomplishment he achieved while working there was overseeing a 7-year life safety construction project.

Kevin oversees Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Renovations departments, as well as is responsible for managing our capital assets and formulating long-range replacement plans for our buildings. He also oversees the equipment and grounds while implementing our preventative maintenance programs, managing the ongoing renovation of our apartments & villa homes, and the renovation of our interior spaces. His department has 42 staff members along with 20 outside vendors who work to maintain our beautiful community.
