Ananda Randall, Wellness Instructor
Ananda found his passion for movement through dance at an early age. As a young man he received a black belt in kung fu and became a professional swing dancer. Ananda taught and competed in swing dance abroad, then was asked to join a premier dance company in Houston. He began taking yoga to gain more flexibility and fell in love with the ancient art. After ten years of teaching yoga he became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.  In his free time Ananda likes to surf, train in mace and club swinging and go camping with his family.

Bill George-WhittleBill George-Whittle, Wellness Ambassador
Bill spends three days a week working out in the Wellness/Fitness Center, both for his own wellness and as a encourager to others.  Those morning always begin with the question of the day – to encourage brain fitness and to bring a spirit of fun with each other!  Aside from working out, Bill also enjoys traveling the world, journaling, reading, painting, walking/hiking, photography, meeting new people and visiting old friends. He wants to take up “Zentangle”.
