The Fitness and Wellness Center includes a state-of-the-art weight training and aerobic equipment room with easy-to-use machines. Our certified wellness center staff can help you create a personal training program that matches your needs. Our schedule of exercise classes include Circuit Training, T’ai Chi, Chair Yoga, Balance and more.
